FLEMING Distinctive Homes is a full service design and building firm with offices located in Newport Beach, California. The principals, Jon Robinson, Bryan Gill and Jodi Fleming, bring a wide range of experience to the firm. This experience enables FLEMING to provide clients with the very best in design and project management. Our homes are built with attention to detail and uniqueness of design. We are willing and able to cater to a wide range of client needs. Jon and Bryan's experience in specialty building types, including private residence, churches, and commercial complexes help Jodi to create and uphold a high standard of excellence that every client deserves.

Jodi Fleming designs the floor plans, exterior, and every element that goes into your home. Custom cabinetry and finished carpentry is also designed and executed by Jodi Fleming. She enjoys collaborating with the homeowner so that the process is enjoyable and fulfilling for both parties.
